Cancelation Policy

We understand that things may come up and you may not be able to attend the summer club after registration so the following is our Cancellation & Refund Policy: If you cancel 2 weeks prior to the start of the club session, you will receive a full refund (minus any credit card processing fees); If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the club you will receive a 50% refund, unless there is someone on the waitlist to take your spot in the club; No refunds after the first day of the club. Club fees cannot be refunded or prorated for days not attended due to illness or other causes. All refunds will be made by method of original payment minus any credit card processing fees. All cancellations must be in writing with an email sent to: curiosityclubhousellc@gmail.com. Cancellation is not complete until you receive a confirmation email.
